The Course

Core Elements of Self

What is this thing we call Self? A gentle, self-paced journey through the approach Alicia Hinger has used with clients for over 25 years.

This is not a lecture series. It is a guided workbook for coming home to yourself: telling you apart from the parts of you that get loud, understanding the story you carry, softening how you see, growing what steadies you, and looking honestly at how you connect. Each lesson pairs Alicia's teaching, on video and in writing, with short practices and journal questions that become your own private workbook, saved as you go and waiting for you on any device.

How you get in

The course comes with working with Alicia: it opens with a personal link she sends you, and it stays yours, at your own pace, for the length of your work together and beyond. There is nothing to buy on this page.

Already have your link? Open it anywhere, your workbook follows you. If it stopped working, just ask Alicia for a fresh one.
